An initial audit and problem identification process led to a successful complex data syncing integration between Hubspot and multiple WordPress installations allowing this major brand to expand their reach and move forward.
Background
The Public Sector Network (PSN) is a B-certified Corporation connecting government organizations across the globe through events and community discussion tools.
Their mission is to give public sector professionals a single place to come together, share ideas, and get free, unlimited access to the latest information about critical topics that are transforming the government landscape.
PSN’s government-only network helps members to find relevant international content and case studies that are critical to their work and can help them save time and money. For those that are looking to network at a deeper level, PSN holds insightful events, ranging from conferences and exhibitions to intimate training courses and forums across major cities around the world.
The Challenge
The company was facing problems with their WordPress environments (2 installations), which was causing instability and impacting their business. Their internal developers were unable to handle the complexity of the integration needs, so they sought out the assistance of Alro.
The Solution
Alro stepped in to help PSN move to a more professional Github-based workflow with a proper staging and production setup. Additionally, Alro audited everything for performance and security.
With this new setup, Alro was then able to work closely with PSN throughout the requirements and implementation of a complex Hubspot-to-WordPress account activation integration, as well as many other newly identified needs that arose during the process. Multiple tools were created to help identify and correct user errors that tended to disrupt the whole system for both Hubspot and the WordPress ecosystems.
Results
Alro were able to provide solutions that were relevant and efficient, while being able to communicate and document everything done thoroughly, leaving PSN with a solid base at the end of the project.
